Our program is designed for Gen-X adults (born 1965–1980) who are ready to turn midlife transitions into meaningful momentum. If you’ve ever wondered, “Is this all there is?” or felt a tug to reconnect with yourself and others, this is your space.


This program is for Gen-X adults who want to feel connected, resilient, and alive in the second half of life. Whether you’re craving personal growth, new friendships, or tools to thrive mentally and physically, you’ll find it here.

  • Navigating life transitions — empty nesting, divorce, caregiving for aging parents, or career shifts.
